System and network infrastructure architect

Duties :
To participate in designing a catalogue of standardized infrastructure service offerings for all the group's 18 international brands (SMEs-SMIs) and to accompany the deployment of service offerings for the entire group and its 10,000 users.
Activities :
Drawing up functional specifications and technical architectural specifications.
Drawing up operating procedures, testing specifications and transferring skills.
Participating in drafting the SLAs.
Level III Support of service offerings.
Collaborating with the operational teams in implementing the procedures and ensuring these are complied with.
Managing the operational teams in deploying and supporting the solutions.
Managing all of the Richemont group's DNS public domains from an administrative, technical and legal perspective.
Collaborating with the intellectual property of the group in dealing with problems relating to cyber squatting, counterfeiting, the illegal sale of goods and hacking.
Defining training plans and training the participants on the understanding, use, maintenance and deployment of the various offerings.
Results :
A single secure Internet e-mail platform (SMTP) integrated into the corporate e-mail system for all of the group's brands integrating anti-spam, antivirus, statistics and supervision that can be integrated with market standards (Postfix, Notes, Exchange, imaps, etc.).
10,000 users, 600,000 emails/month, 40Go of monthly traffic.
All of the brand's Internet domains consolidated on this platform.
Internal and public name resolution platform (DNS) for all the group's brands.
Deployment of a 4 DNS cache server architecture worldwide for resolving Internet names.
Implementation and sharing of DNS support techniques (breakdown resolution tree).
Secure interconnection offering. A network appliance under Linux enabling local users from each company to communicate with the other companies in the group, by providing secure access to applications, automatically attributing IP addresses (DHCP), resolving names (DNS), routing and secure consulting of web pages on the Internet (local proxy) integrating the supervision of each appliance.
Deployment of 50 appliances in France, Switzerland and the UK for 3,000 users.
Secure Internet access offer by implementing hierarchized cache proxies and a VPN Internet tunnel enabling us to optimize the bandwidth, rationalize network flows and implement the group's security policy. This solution integrates centralized supervision and management.
Deployment of 5 "continental" proxy servers creating a link between the Internet and the local network. 2 in Europe, 2 in the US and 1 in Asia. 10,000 users, 5 million pages viewed/month,150Go of monthly traffic.
Portable security and network audit station for our assignments within all the group's subsidiaries. Station under Linux with tools for testing for intrusions, network discovery, snmp, etc.
